BIOGRAPHY

​An experienced executive and industry expert with a combined 30+ years of managing people, assets and organizations, Ken has a long distinguished career specializing in new property development, turn arounds and field operations with large corporate real estate companies such as Forest City Enterprises. He spent two years as the Task Force Specialist with Hammersmith Management, LLC in Denver learning all the intricacies of managing Home Owner Associations. During an eventful eight years working on and for the Auraria Higher Education Center, Ken held various Accounting titles and served as The Financial and Systems Manager for the Parking Division. Ken is a graduate of Metropolitan State College of Denver, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Ken created Red Falcon Properties, LLC to bring corporate level professionalism, tools and skills to the individual investor. Working exclusively with partners who seek long term investment growth and investment security. Providing single investment owners the same high level asset management large organizations strive for bringing together two critical keys of success, Accounting/Finance and Site Operations. Creating the performance that each individual Investor seeks for their real property investment portfolio thus ensuring owner income is maximized and the investment gains value.

Ken enjoys the outdoors and loves living in colorful Colorado. He has an amazing daughter Jessica who is a Registered Nurse in Ohio. His son Jeremy is a Deputy Sheriff in the Denver Metro Area as well as a veteran of the United States Military. Mr. Pesick is a proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
